Returnable Conditions

MDI Truck believes the customer should be satisfied with the quality parts they receive from us. If we make an error, or the customer has a quality concern, we will issue an RMA including a prepaid freight call tag authorizing the return of the item. If the model/serial number was not provided by the customer at the time of order, they will be responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% processing fee. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following reasons qualify for a full replacement, credit or refund and to have freight expenses taken care of by MDI Truck. All other returns are subject to a 15% processing fee.

• Quality issue - If the customer is not satisfied with the item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Warranty issue - If the item(s) fails prematurely and is still under the manufacturer’s warranty period.
• Other than ordered - If item(s) received was other than what was ordered and reported within 10 days.

Yes, if you made a purchase online and we can locate/confirm you in our database.

Once we receive your return we will inspect it. If it passes we will refund you, if it fails inspection we will notify you of your rejected refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
